I recently visited Colore and had an incredible experience thanks to Marley. From the moment I arrived, her warmth and professionalism stood out. Marley was attentive, friendly, and had excellent recommendations, which made my visit even more enjoyable. I decided to try the spiked strawberry lemonade, and it was absolutely delicious. The drink was perfectly balanced, with the right amount of sweetness and a refreshing kick. Marley’s suggestion was spot-on, and I’m so glad I took her advice. Her exceptional service and knowledge made my time at Colore unforgettable. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend asking for Marley when you visit!
This was a great night! Staff was superb and the food was amazing. However, the bar was pretty small and it was pretty loud inside. Definitely we will try to make a reservation for the patio next time. Can’t wait to go back, though! We went for our anniversary, and the staff surprised us with champagne! Thanks for helping celebrate with us :) My husband is a chef, and raved about the conchigele(?) with salmon and smoked Gouda cream.
Lunch was amazing on the patio. Great service, food was excellent. First time for me & I will go back.
This place gets better every time we go. The staff is super friendly and the food is amazing. Almost any pasta dish can be made gluten free. The burrata and Caprese are excellent. Really good pizza too!
This is a fantastic restaurant in every way. We had a party of 12 and sat on the enclosed patio. The atmosphere was perfect for our celebration. Our server, Matt, was phenomenal. He made great recommendations and was super personable. The owner came by our table to check on us, and we couldn’t say enough about how great our experience was. Our party of 12 ordered a variety of dishes and everything was delicious. There was not a single bad meal in the group. We unanimously agreed it was the best restaurant we have been to in Denver. Highly recommend!
We love restaurant week. We try restaurants we might not have otherwise. Night two and we ventured into Colore. What a wonderful experience. All of the staff was friendly and attentive. Our food was delicious and the atmosphere is warm and comfortable. We will return for another flavorful meal. Thank you!
Rolled in for some good Italian but almost went elsewhere for steak. There it was on the menu - a filet with grilled shrimp, zucchini, and gnocchi. Winner. Started with a Caesar salad of mainly lettuce, cheese, and dressing. Along side that Alea, a great waitress, brought rolls with oil over a fruity balsamic vinegar. A welcome change from oil and Italian spices. The steak comes on top of the vegetables. Super thick and so so tender. One of the best steaks I've had in some time. Completely full I asked for carrot cake to go. If the dinner is this good I can't wait for the cake. Later that night, I finally had a let down. Save your on the carrot cake: dry, small and flavorless. Beautiful atmosphere and staff is very attentive. Definately worth a repeat.
We accidently went on their first night in their new location. Nice location, restaurant has a warm and welcoming interior. The patio was quite nice for us for a late dinner on a summer night. Service was very quick and also attentive. Our order came to the table in a timely manner. We enjoyed the Italian sodas, very creamy, flavorful, and not too sweet. Calamari was crispy and served with two sauces that balanced each other well. A rich tomato sauce and a spicier light sauce. Entrees were delicious. Rich and fresh taste, and good portions. Not unreasonable where I can overindulge but I certainly did not leave hungry. We finished with lattes and cannolis, both excellent and paired very well together. We will definitely be back, if you are local to the area I implore you to support this business new location as it's a welcome addition to the neighborhood for myself.
